Terms of Service

By using RSD Performance Business Solutions ("RSD," "we," "our") services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide AI voice receptionist services (Forge Voice), business consulting, website design, CRM setup, and business automation. Specific service details, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual service agreements.

Payment Terms

Setup fees are due upon contract signing
Monthly subscription fees are billed on your chosen billing day
Payment methods: Stripe, ACH, or approved alternatives
Failed payments incur a 7-day grace period before service suspension

Term and Cancellation

Standard service agreements have an initial 90-day term followed by month-to-month renewal. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice after the initial term. Setup fees are non-refundable.

Service Guarantees

30-day ROI guarantee: If less than 90% of forwarded calls are answered properly in the first 30 days, we extend service one month free and re-optimize the system at no cost.

Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate business information for AI training
Grant necessary access (Google Calendar, phone forwarding)
Notify us of significant business changes
Use services legally and ethically

Intellectual Property

RSD retains ownership of all prompts, scripts, workflows, and system designs. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use these for their business. Client business data belongs to the client.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for missed calls due to third-party service outages (phone carriers, internet providers, etc.).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
